i offered a woman some gum the other just to be nice, and she said.. "oh.. is there sumthin wrong with my breath??" if i was really trying to give her something she needs.. it would be mustache wax and a shirt that says one c-ock at a time

It was very nice of you to offer her a piece of gum, but you have to admit she probably found it a bit odd. I assume she was someone you had never met, and the idea of offering a complete stranger something out of kindness is hard for some people to understand or believe. Maybe she's not used to men (or anyone)being so generous. It's also possible that she has low self-esteem and is self-conscious about how other people see her, so the only possible solution for you offering her some gum was that her breath wasn't up to par. She didn't see the simple kindness in it. The age group is a big factor as well. An older woman would have most likely taken it and been pleased that there are still gentlemen out there. However, a younger woman (20s or 30s, perhaps) have a tendency to be defensive as this one seemed to be. She had a wise crack for you in return of your offer. It is probably acceptable to say that the more recent generations are less grateful and more skeptical.
You shouldn't scorn all women because of one bad experience. Not all women are like the gum refuser. Some women would have taken the gum, said "thank you" and chewed it.

After offering her the gum, and her making that wise *** remark I would have said yes, have a mint instead. Some woman can be a ***** at times but, don't let your view of one mess up your opinion of others. Were not all like that. Keep Faith.

Holy crap. thats funny. I'll tell you the truth. Americanization is the problem with women. Date a woman from another country. Completely different set of rules. Its a lot more pleasant. But once they've lived here a few years...become Americanized..... they become the same biiiatch that is offended by you offering gum to them.

okay not all women are the same!! Everybody has bad days and instead of taking offense you should have turned it into a joke, "No you don't but I do, just thought I would offer cause I'm a nice guy", maybe not those exact words but I'm sure you get the picture:0)

Women are terribly self conscious because they know their worth in society is measured by how many guys want to **** her. They also think they deserve to have anything and everything including a multi millionaire Prince Charming. Society has created a self entitled monster that is modern woman. Hold on buddy, I'm sure not all women are like that, I know I'm not. If that was her reaction lets hope she was just having a bad day. If she turned out to be a real *** I wouldn't worry about it, you obviously are a polite person.

let that roll like water off of a duck's back. you were very polite & IMHO, that was a nice way to start a conversation if the opportunity presented itself. maybe she was just having a bad day. don't let that be an indictment on all of womankind. the majority of us are really alright people.

After she made that comment you should of said "heck yeah I can smell it from over here and decided before someone else did to offer ya a piece - sheesh learn to take care of yourself would ya"

She took it as an insult. Some women have low self esteem and take everything too seriously. Don't worry every woman isn't like that.
