Well he must not be that stupid if he was vice president.....You must have some reason to think that he is stupid...oh and if your refering to the Global warming movie then maybe you should look up the Kyoto protocol...because Al gore isnt the only person in the entire world who thinks that global warming is a problem. Maybe you shouldnt persecute a man who takes time out of his life to do something positive and try to help make some changes. If you look at the message Al Gore is trying to get across he is trying to do something positive for mankind...he isnt starting a war and nobody has to kill anyone to get results...that to me sounds pretty noble.

I'm guessing you're think he's stupid because he's actually asking people to take responsibility for the world they leave behind a concept so foreign to anyone who would ask this sort of question. OR perhaps it's because all the things that he believed in when he became President have come true. Hmm.. Maybe, just maybe it's because when going after "TERROR" (WARNING TERROR AHEAD!!!< TERROR I TELL YOU, I tell you it's terror so it is, gwb) would not have spent billions of dollars with kids on the streets to go after a madman that wasn't in Iraq! He would've bombed the s*** out of Pakistan, Afghanistan or wherever decided to hold bin laden until bl was dead or they handed him over, it would have been a done deal. Game over. Bye Bye. Or it could be because he believes in not having a deficit, no maybe, you're looking for the fact that although he took a lot of ribbing for the whole Internet invention thing, the reality is, he was one of the first journeymen to fund, use and believe that there was going to be an "Information Superhighway" by which any twit can ask a nonsensical question and hope for a derogatory remark!

LOL,

I love some of the other answers.

Al wasn't stupid and he was NOT elected President despite what their fantasies tell them. I've won that debate repeatedly with to many liberal Dems to feel like showing them up again.

But, still and all I don't just sit and sling mud like they do. Al Gore was highly intelligent and a very worthwhile and notable person in American history. He provided a strong leadership backing for Clinton while he was in office. Now I don't agree with their policies but hey, they got to run and be elected and do their thing. Now its our turn. Rather than muddy the waters further by calling names and acting like 4 year olds like the rest of the replies I think we can just simply say;

Al was a smart guy, who didn't win but deserves the respect for running a good race and should be commended for his service.

Totally disagree with you on this one. Could you expand on why you think that he was stupid? I feel that many would agree that Al Gore was and is a very intelligent man.

He's a lot smarter than our President (Bush) who averaged a 76% in college. He even cares about our planet, unlike Bush who kills for oil, which damages our planet.
