I am sad .. My GPA was 3.74 .. In the last semester it dropped to 3.62 .. I am disappointed because it was my last semester .. Am I bad ?

Just because you GPA had come down in the last Sem does not mean that you Bad, there might be a lot of reasons, either the people who has done the corrections might not have been proper or probably you might have scoed less in one of your subjects. Jus try and think positive, there might be some people who would have done well in the first year and failed miserable in the last semister. You are much lucky and apart for all these you are very good.

As a current graduate student, I can honestly tell you that undergrad GPA doesn't matter that much unless you're applying to grad school. Otherwise, the real world only cares about the degree/diploma. You have an outstanding GPA, even if it's 3.62!
