Dedication.
Diet.

You seem to have the 1st D. Now as regarding the second, it involves the 3rd D as well. I wont suggest you to be hungry and walk miles everyday. The answer is very simple, The 3rd D will regulate the other 2 D's. But How?

Here, are the 2 important postulates for the 3rd D.

1) Eat only when you are 'Hungry'.
2) STOP! Eating as soon as you have filled 'that Hunger'

That means dont eat for desires of tasty food. But eat only to satisfy your hunger. You may be tempted by tasty fried food, go on eat it, but as soon as your hunger is goen. STOP!

THe 2nd D, is important because you got to be dedicated not just for a day, but for your entire life. And this is the best way for maintaining a beautiful life.

first, you've got to exercise at least 3 times a week.

second, watch your diet. You must have a balance intake of carb, protein and fat. and eat healthy foods.

dont eat ne thing and exercise all the time youll lose alot of wait so youll be skinnier and youll be more toned
