Because of the Rivers when the water is flashing it hits the stones (usually salty) and it became little salty and when all the rivers come to the sea, the see will be more salty

Sea water comes from springs which flows from mountains. As they to the sea, they pick up a lot of minerals which make them salty.

Because of the sand at the bottom it has minerals in it and are in the ocean so that is why the sea water is salty.

because all the sediments and minerals (salts) are carried from mountains and land through rivers into the sea. So our ocean is getting more saline every day since ocean water evaporates leaving the salt behind and this evaporation ends up condensing as rain on land and flowing through rivers delivering more salts to the oceans....and so on....
