Only a one of your frds / relatives who have a gamil account themselves could invite you to join it ie send u an invitation to join GMail which you can accept and go ahead with it.
Currently Gmail subscription and availability is only through invitation.
What r u waiting for? Just catch hold of someone who has a gmail account

You need to get an invite from somebody that already has a gmail account . You must be invited by someone who already has the service

somebody already using gmail account has to send u an invitation on the id u r already using, accept the invitation and get a gmail account...

A person that has a gmail account should send you an "invite" and it contains a link hat you can get your gmail account.
