The form of government would be an international parliamentary type whcih would have various subcommittes from all the continents and subregions to look after the interests of various regions and its people and would have a common charter for the people of world whcih would contain evironmental priorities and would contain terms like freedom of speech and freedom of expression for every individual on this earth and would empower every human being to possess property in any part of the world , of course by legitimate means. Common laws for every individual living in any part of the world would be envisaged. Though European Union has not been so successful , yet this has been an attempt in the right direction.

The type of government which is characterised with invation, aggression, bombardment, chaos, massacre, killings, assasination, manhandling, domination of weak by powerful, humanright abuse, destruction, theft, and hundreds of thousands of thier types. We have started witnessing it from now (Afganistan, Iraq, Palestine, Iran) are good examples. We do not know how worst it will be in future, may be the whole world will be bombarded and destroyed by so-called WSP

Socialist Democracy.
Look at places like Sweden, Norway, Japan, Switzerland.
They are generally neutral in wartime, and their people are happy as can be. Of course, the US will never become a socialist country if we can't get the democratic party on the moosehead.

imperial communism. usa was supposed to be the new way but have since demanded socialism (taxes, welfare, health & community), imperialism (military & politics), communism (civil works, judicial & media) & nationalist (immigration, education & social services). nice try though.
