Aside from the obvious physical differences: There are actually few differences.
1) Behavior would be the one key, the nesting "instinct" seems to be a "girls" more so than a "boys"
2) Whereas the quickness to rise and fight to defend the nest seems to be more a boys instinct.
3) That's why more women then men tend to grow up to be "Gold diggers" And more men that women grow up to be "murderers".
4) At the same time, more men than women would commit adultery to "build the herd and breed": Women however are more willing to make a profit "for the nest" if selling herself for sex, works.
5) As you can see these are generalizations ,and you know there are exceptions to the rule in every case. Taunting the opposite sex seems to be more a female trait (whether good taunting or bad).
6) And "sucking up" to the opposite sex (whether good or bad) seems to be a male trait.
7)&8) (Women flirt whereas men show off)
9) Women are more given to generosuity and spending for material things (even at the mans' expence).
10) Men are more apt to be stingy with money or thier time (as a protection against the ones that would clean them out).
As far as one or the other being smarter, more loving, more patient, stronger, wiser, more productive, etc,.... there is no evidence for that, that can fairly balance the scales and make fair judgement.
