get the address and then go online to the county assessors page for the county its located in and do a property search or owner inquiry. that will tell you the owner.

I once called the phone number of a restaurant listed in Yahoo's yellow pages. It ended up being the owner's cell phone number. (Ooops.)
When you go to the restaurant, the various licenses required for the business might be displayed. See if you can see a name on those. Licensing for a food establishment might be public record. Also, the business registration might also be public record. If they sell liquor, that license also might be public record. You can ask the owner of the building the name of the renter of that space, but my guess they won't give you that information.
You can always contact a lawyer to look it up for you. It might cost you some money, but if it's that important then it might be worth the bucks to get it done.
