Call Domestic Violence Hot-line 1-800-799-SAFE (7233),
ask them what they suggest you do and get a protection order, I have also included a safety plan.
He is an abuser remember batterers will kill, if you don't think so ask all of the women that were murdered by their obsessive ex boyfriends.

first, go to your local police station to make a report, then every time he calls you, write it down. I suggest a calander. Be specific, with dates, times, and what the converstation was about. If he continues to do this, and shows up at your house, call the police and be sure to let them know that you have already filed a police report with them, and would like something done about this abuse. If they do not do anything about it ( some are just jerks), go to the chief of police, then if still nothing, go to the sheriff's office. Try to do all of this in the same day, that way, they can't find any excuse to try to dismiss this. Good luck!!!

I would need more details on your relationship to answer more accurately, but everyone is right- This problem will not just go away. A threat is a criminal violation. Get some legal advice from the District Attorney's office. Have some friends clue him in on how much he's scaring you. Move if you have to. You only have one life.

"or he will make me pay"? that's the definition of a bad relationship right there. Threatening other people for respect doesn't work.have you told him you've moved on?perhaps you should get help from some peers or an adult (i dont know how old you are so if you're a teenager or somthing you could do that) and if it gets out of hands you could even report it to the authorities.
