Wiley Coyote is not immortal. One day is character will die, that is inevitable. within the show he is invulnerable to harm, and I think this is what you meant. Being invulnerable is a trait shared by many mythical creatures, but vampires are not one of them. Vampires, by contrast, are immortal, but not invulnerable, in that they can be killed but they will live forever till they are killed by one of the methods detailed in selected myths. If anything, he is similar to the undead, ghosts, leprechauns, santa claus, angels, the devil, christ, the majority of characters from "The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen", and Bugs Bunny.

Actually the truth is that he was played by more than one actor just like James Bond. When one got hurt or worse he was simply replaced. Safety issues were hardly a concern in the old days of CARTOONS.
