Why is this guy not confronting her on face to face?Why is he behaving so weird with her?Does he love her or not?

A guy who won't meet with a person he's been in a relationship with to end it with her is a coward. He knows he's not doing the right thing and is embarassed to be honest about it.
As hard as it might feel, she needs to just let him go. He's heart is not with her anymore and she'd be better off picking up the pieces and moving on. It will be a long road to recovery but better to start now than to linger and mope cause he's long gone and he's not coming back. She deserves better.

If he hasn't got the balls to break up with u to your face then he's not worth your tears. He knows that he has done wrong and doesn't want to deal with the consequences.

clearly he's a JERK and the girl should be thankful that he's telling her this and that she didnt have to learn abt it from any other source . he's actually done her a favour by speaking out.
she should get the message and MOVE ON.
