it's karma. What comes around goes around. White people deeply tormented the Black race in the Age of Imperialism. When the New World was discovered, during the Colonial America era, many blacks were captured and sold into slavery. After centuries of torture and fight for their rights, it's actually a bit acceptable for black or other colors to be racist against white. I'm not defending it because it is wrong. That being said I have heard an explanation on t.v. that the reason it is supposedly "o.k." is that black on white does not effect the white way of life. White's maybe insulted but they are not affected financially, educationally, etc. by saying something about them since they have been in control from the beginning and they are the majority. The opposite white on black, well you see history. It's obvious what it has done to them.
