One of the defining characteristics that summer camp operators look for in employees is good spoken and written English. Your question gives the impression this is not a strong aspect of your skill base, so I suggest you go to language school first, pay for the attendance fees by doing whatever work you can get, and once your english is better getting work will be very easy, or at least easier.
