Make Your Own Adobe Bricks
Materials:
tin can for measuring
fine mud
sand
water


Directions: Make a mixture of approximately 4 cans of fine mud and 1 can of sand. Mix together. Add water to make a mud ball. Play with the mixture until you can make a ball that will stick together and not crack. Tightly pack the mud mixture into a shoe box. Move the box to a sunny place and turn over. Remove the shoe box and let the mixture dry in the sun for 3 or more days.

Use soil that is rich in Clay, mix with Straw to hold it together- make a Brick pattern box- several of them out of wood. Roughly 3 inches deep, and 9 inches long.
Once it harden remove it and set out to fully dry, reuse the pattern, it takes a long time to dry the bricks.

Agree with Bill and I have heard the the other day on the discovery channel that they can take up to 30 days to cure (this was in egypt). Guess you have some work to do huh?
