find a friend that speaks english fluently and just hang out... you will learn a lot.

read books for your vocabulary,and speak in English or chat English to improve fluency.and write in English sometimes to improve your productive skills and grammar

They offer english as a second language classes at just about every community college...it's either free or very cheap. Or just hit the spell check button...

you can ask a friend who is good at english to help....
but best thing is carry a pocket dictionary with you. It helps alot...and it's self help...And develop good reading habits, like reading newspapers, magazines. Write a journal, diary etc.Talk to yourself everyday in the mirror. Just keep your mind occupied...

My husband speaks great english!! He just needs to work on his accent. He had recently bought an English pronounciation cd software that helps him. You can also download it from bittorent.

it has all the rules to spelling....gramar and how to write properly...reading helps some..but you first have to know the rules to understand how words & sentences are formed properly..also what words mean is very helpful

Go to Altvista and look up Babelfish. You can translate languages with that to be better understood.
