In a word NO.
It more than natural for a male to look at the female body.
It like the old saying, " when women wear the stockings and suspenders, the stockings have a darker section near the top, and it's called the "Laughing Band" because if you get passed there, YOUR LAUGHING.

I think next to personality lovely long legs are nice to behold and I'm not sick , but thats all, its a cusory glance as I look at her other features, dress,shape,walk its the natural passtime of the male.

No guys are facinated by girls legs... its nomal and natural
(think subconcious reason is checking out ability to run from preditors when pregnant with your baby)
Guys will stare and be mesmerised by girls breasts
(unless gay... must be seeing ready to mate female and well fed future baby)
Shape of Butt(room for baby)
Genital area (ie up skirts, underwear, short skirts, the fur, nude pics etc (well thats the way in to the above so nature makes it attractive like flowers to bees)
Thats the behind the scenes reasons pettey much, forget them and enjoy just don't let them notice you stearing as it may upset unless they fancy you as they dont know you just admiring the view.
