I do not know whether you are Indian or a foreigner. However, I will attempt to answer your question.

Birth and death are predetermined by God Almighty according to one's "karma" (the acts of good and evil) in one's life. A soul undergoes a minimum of 7 cycles. Depending upon your karma, you are born as a human being in the eighth cycle. You are born in a particular region and country depending upon your performance in the 7th cycle. If your peformance is good in the 8th cycle your birth in the 9th cycle then you are reborn in a region and country which are best suited to you.

Last week I was a on a judging panel at a poetry competition. The winning poems were written by an asylum seeker from Algeria. One of his poems spoke about the turmoil in the lives of people who are forced to leave their home and culture in order to find a safer life. I remember one of the lines saying 'I might have been born anywhere' - but he wasn't; he was born in a country whose political system has failed to provide him with basic human rights. Whereas I, who also had no control over where I was born, have never faced persecution. Yet many, many people in my country, who are free from political strife, believe that they have some kind of birthright to exist here happily and deny anyone else the chance of a free existence. We didn't DO anything to achieve or deserve our freedom; we just happened to be born into it.

Do good deeds and don't do evil, love all creatures on this earth and all poor suffering people. Then you will have good karma, with good karma, you will be blessed with a good life in your next life and the region you will be born will be good such as the country or region you are imagining to be good.

you didn't have a choice it was decided by your mother, its too late when you're here. Anyway she may have opted for iceland natural birth in a tub then you'd be wet and cold with something to really get on about. Anyone that can contribute to a county can live where they like ie trade, profession etc all counties will grab you if you have qualifications, if not !!!!!!!marry a doctor or nurse. Then you may qualify.
