back pain with pregnancy can be normal. but if you are having any pain with urination (burning or frequency) it could be a UTI or urinary tract infection. you should see your doctor to rule this out. if it is not uti related get yourself a pregancy belt ( JC PENNY catalog) this is a wind band which you wear under your clothes. put it on around your lower back and velcro it closed in the front. should be worn low on your hips and pelvis it gives some lift and back support.

This is totally normal due to your body's readjusting to make room for the baby. It puts a real strain on your back muscles and the spine (along with the nerves in the spinal column) itself. The moment I gave birth, it was almost instant relief of the pain that I had been having for about 5 months.

yes it is......I carried my kids in more in my back than stomach so I didn't get really huge..........but yes back pains , cravings , mood swings, indigestion, thats just a couple of things you will experience...........Also I know of a lady that retained water and had to walk on her tip toes the last couple months because it hurt too bad to walk regularly
