I had a baby last year. & i am breastfeeding till now. I am really busy & dont have time to workout. so i totally lost shape of my breasts. they r sagging very badly.
can anyone suggest some good tips or exercise that can be done in my busy schedule to shape up & lift my breasts.
Also what kinda of bra shud i look for so that it will help me to look good.

Sorry, but it looks like you're out of luck. My wife just got nursing our baby, and her breasts are like pancakes now. She has been working out very hard to lose all of her baby weight, and she actually weighs less now than before she had the baby, but her breasts are still saggy. After we have our second child, she wants to get implants, and who am I to stop her? I don't know much about bras, but I'm guessing anything with an underwire or like a wonder bra. 100 push ups a day will do it...About time to quit breastfeeding or this will not work. your decision

WELL YOU CANT REALLY LIKE MAKE YOU BOOBS GO BACK TO THE WAY THAT THEY WERE BUT I WOULD GO TO VICTORIA SECRETS AND LOOK AT THE BRAS THERE THEY HAVE SOME GOOD ONES GOOD LUCK
