There's no coolant leaking anywhere and it only over heats when I take it on the highway/interstate. There are no leaks in radiator, did a pump check on radiator, flushed out radiator, replaced coolant, belts are good, fans work properly, relays are in tact, and oil is change and no oil leakage.

You don't have oil in your car. That's another way of getting a car to over heat.

Check the oil level & last change, check the radiator fluid when the engine is cool,so replace fluids as necessary. Those are the basics, then check the radiator fan by starting your car and leaving it in park. When it starts to heat up, at some point the electric fan should come on.You also might have a broken water pump, or a cheap item to fix is the thermostat valve. This is your basic cooling system of the car.The water pump & thermostat valve, you'll need a mechanic to check out.It sounds like the thermostat valve

The following reasons are significant:
1. Coolant itself (there is no leakage but is the quantity right?)
2. Coolant Pump (Faulty and not circulating the Coolant through Radiator properly)
3. Radiator (choked, coolant not circulating properly through it)
2. Engine Oil (not right quantity, oil not changed for a longer time)
3. Engine Tuning (the engine revolutions are high)
4. Hand Brakes ON (driving with hand brakes ON means higher load on the engine)
5. Airconditioner (Running continously, causing load on the engine)
6. Wrong Driving Practices: Using Ist & 2nd gears at high engine revolutions.

Check these and you should find one factor responsible for overheating...

Coolant is a blend of anti-freeze and water. frequently a 50/50 blend. in case you run any water cooled engine with out coolant lengthy sufficient it really is going to overheat and be damaged. straight forward physics. The longer an inner combustion engine runs, the hotter it receives. with out coolant and some type or eliminating the further warmth (radiator) that's going to be damaged.

here's one everyone overlooked your radiator may be plugged up from bugs try spraying it with a hose to wash out all the bug guts that could be plugging it up not letting air flow through fins also make sure your electric fan is working properly it should turn on when motor heats up if it doesnt you could have a bad fan relay or it may have came unpluged or may be bad .

usually when a car overheats it has something to do with the radiator. when it starts to get hot put the heater on and it cools the car down. make sure that you have plenty of water in it.
i know its summer, but turning on the heater really works.

Also, make sure you're using the specified spark plugs for your vehicle. If you get them hotter they may over heat on the highway.
