when i surf the internet i get web page freeze ups and get the IE nonresponsive and then get the end now box

In question, you aren't say the details what page are you going to. The problem here maybe because you Internet connection, it's too slow. While you opening a web page, it's may downloading some plugin and that is the possible cause your IE not responding. The second problem here is too many plugins is loaded with IE will make it freeze. The third problem is your computer is infected ,just scan your computer with anti-virus and antispyware program. Why don't you try another page and check again the plugins in IE (tools-> Manage add-ons) and the connection speed. I hope it will work !

I had the same problem, I tried to fix it with by using firefox still the same problem. What worked in the end was restoring the computer to a point that it was not crashing IE and then turning off auto update from Microsoft, because that is where the problem seem to be, it has something to do with an update that is causing a conflict with a driver on your system.

It seems like your internet explorer is damaged. so try re-installing internet explorer from "Add or remove windows components" from control panel or start using a different browser like firefox , opera.
