The only plant that I've seen that's called Fireworks is a type of alium. I don't believe it grows 4 feet tall, though. It comes in various colors and the petals do indeed look like fireworks.

Yes. It a plant that grows about 4ft tall and looks like tall grass. It gets it name from the small red flowers that grow at the end of the stalks. So it looks like a red firework. It' really unique looking and easy to grow.

There is a golden rod from the solidago family that is named fireworks. It is a fall blooming pererenial of long feathery spikes of golden clusters.Could this be what your looking for?
