no todays life is very fast,but if we will neglect ourselves we cannot be in the position to satisfy others so it has become a imp.thing like breathing. and EVERYBODY WANTS TO SURVIVE.

I am mom to 7, I need to make time for ME, so that I can be refreshed and be the best ME to my husband & 7 children. Everyone needs time to reflect on life, and what they want out of it.
