I like asian guys, black guys, mexican guys, white guys, it doesn't matter to me, but my friends care, saying like they wouldn't ever go out with a certain guy because of his different race than them. why do some people care!? I don't get it! How stupid! Everyone is unique so why does it freakin matter!!!?

It doesn't matter, but some people are racist and bigoted. Their loss.

I like your attitude. And I totally agree.

I could be attracted to any girl, race is not an issue for me. Everyone has got their own great qualities, and there is no reason for someone's race to get in the way of that.
If you're just setting certain expectations for the guy or girl you're looking for, then it just wont be the same when you get to know them; you'll already expect them to be a certain way because of their race.

Because we do not live by ourselves. We live with family and relatives and friends.
Differences in cultures are a reality. It does not mean we do not respect and admire the differences but it does mean recognizing them and ourselves for what they and ourselves actually are.
All of us are capable of loving someone quite different then ourselves and our family and our experience. But to be able to sustain a long lasting relationship with someone, very different, from our family and cultural experience is, not impossible, but extremely difficult.
If you pull back a bit and think about what will Christmas look like when I am married to X or Hanukkah, Easter, Ramadan, Baptisms, Sunday dinners, Vacations, Thanksgiving Dinner.
You say it does not make a difference but I want you to see who I am, especially if I am different from you. I am proud and take some of my idenity from my family history and culture.
It does make a difference.

Well they're semi-racist then.

It doesn't matter a bit. The absolute worst which drives me crazy if the people who say they wouldn't marry some one of a different race for the sake of their child.

Im a whitey and married and Indian and we've had no trouble from anyone, except for all the people asking to see our kid and telling us how pretty she is.

It's a fact of life that most people tend to congregate with people who are like them. Sociology 101. Race is only part of the issue, culture also plays a part

well, it is a matter of taste. i can see how beautiful a black woman can be for example, but i don't feel attracted to them. makes sense, otherwise we would all be mixed up, and there is a reason not to; it is not by chance that black people obtain strange diseases when moving to north countries for example, and white people get strange infections when moving to south countries. Some things should not be disturbed. just think of all the new diseases white people brought to America and Australia when they discovered them and moved there...

I don't mind interracial dating, but some people that I've talked to point out that race differences mean culture differences. For example each culture values family, education, and religion differently, so you might have clashes in interracial dating.
