I'm not so over weight but i want to lose weight what shall i do??!?!

frist talk to your doctor. then do what he r she tells u to do cut down on the amount of food and walk. but do it slow then do a little more. good luck.

try working out with light weights
and diet

I am fat but disabled. I eat just to have something to do. I hate my fat. Just slow down on proportions and eat bits every two to three hours.
