I'm awake because I was in a catamaran sailing accident on Thursday, and I'm all cut and bruised (and really sore!). I feel like I got run over by a truck. I can only sleep a few hours, then I have to get up and walk around because of the pain.

That is an every day happening for me. I sleep anywhere from fifteen minutes to two hours at a time. I have had chronic pain for twenty years, I went to bed at 10;30 and got up at 1:20 because I could not sleep. The computer helps concentrate on something good. Grand Rapids, Mi is home and it is same time here.
Hope that your pain fades soon. Sounds like we'll be on this site for a while at the same time.
