The Coca Cola company withdrew it because of a joke which maybe part of what u ask. The joke sort of said. "Prostitutes douche themselves between clients with Coke. Because things go better with coke?
Douche is a rather old method that was used before modern better and safer ways were discovered. Asking an expert as above or even just a pharmacist is best

Well first off you really shouldn't douche with the douche in the stores, it's not good for you, your suppose to consult your doctor. So why would you use that? Your not suppose to put food of any kind in your vagina. And besides that fleas can't swim so they'll drown, and the coke will attract ants.
