I currently have a tab open on another help site with no success. Bought a Palm TX, made sure I had the proper recommended requirements to use it, followed directions, installed and can not hotsync. My system totally freaks out with blue screen of death and a message telling me the USB port is malfunctioning or corrupt, all USB ports do same thing when they work fine for other applications. I only have the USB local selected, tried to sync from cable button, from hardward itsself, from desktop. There is just absolutely no communication between the two, PDA and Desktop. My next option is to try the tech support, but I dread that call wait and the idea they are reading from a script. What can I do

Maybe the connecter on one end is loose. It may seem silly to say, but loose connections on my T|X end always seem to happen! Try unplugging and replugging.

sounds like it may be the link from your USB and device. You may have to get another cable to work. Is it kinked? Could be the PDA but, you know how that goes. Something simple could be the problem. I say try another cable and that don't work THEN call in a airstrike on the help site.... -_0
