I have problem with my car ,Wen I start my car I can't turn off.Problem is in ignition?

I take the ignition part outside ,I think problem is in the part wich stay inside in ignition hol.To turn off my car I take power fuse out .On my control panel all control lighst are on iven if I take key outside .Only option to turn off the car and control light is take out the power fuse.Thank you
