I think all are the same. I have an iPod, because is the most popular, my brother has a little on (much smaller than my iPod) from Sony that does the same thing, plus it doesn't need cables to plug in the computer.

Sony NW-HD5.

Doesn't have all the bells and whistles and hookers on stingrays like the IPOD, but it's harder to break or steal with the accessories and the sound is STELLAR.
