Both! : ) Guild wars is less expensive and has way fewer annoying time sinks than WoW. However, it's much easier to do stuff in WoW as a single player. I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a game. I'm personally addicted to them both (although a little more to WoW)

iv played both, and WoW is to cartoony of a game for me, the "realistic" feel to the game is non exsistant -for me-. i personally love guild wars, basically to the point where ive no time for another MMO *laughs*
(yes people i -do- get out and i -do- work a 40 hour week)

well it all depends on if your willin to pay wows insane fee of 14 dollars a month
were guild wars is total free
