Questions are infinite.

We ran out of questions?
Oh, that was one?
Now are we out?
What will we do when we're out?
That was another one?
Are you sure?
Can I ask one more question?
Do you want me to shut up?

Omniscience (all knowing) is a scientific improbability that is so close to impossible it's difficult to imagine, far less explain. If omniscience is impossible, then the number of people who don't know something they want to know will forever be high. If people are looking for information about what they don't know, they are by definition seeking answers, thus questions result.
some more relevant questions might be: How much will our questions change over the next few years, decades or centuries? How much have our questions changed over the last few years, decades or centuries? Are Earthlings more or less mature, intelligent, wise or honest with each other? How can we improve?

it's more likely that we'll get tired of asking/answering questions rather than run out of questions to ask.

without a doubt
it will be in the year 3060 so we don't have to worry about it due to our deadness.

but then those ppl won't know the answers to the questions we asked so they'll prolly end up just re-asking them.

Many questions get asked (and answered) more than once, so this could go on for ages....

as long as we have brains i believe we will always be curious so therefore we will always have things to think about or ask. because not everyone knows everything and we like to get opinions from others.
