Try checking out the Uptown area...there is a cool shopping/entertainment area called The West Village there, and one of the main streets in the uptown area called McKinney Ave. has alot to offer for tourists. The Arts District in Downtown is also a cool attraction (has many museums and other things to see). The Dallas Aquarium is also a neat place to go, there is an indoor rainforest included, which is located in this glass room. I wouldn't suggest the West End anymore because alot of things have closed down due to the new area being built for tourism and residents called Victory Park which is located near the American Airlines Center.

Whoa! Dallas has tourists?? That's exciting. But anyways. The Neiman Marcus downtown is awesome. It's really pretty, and it's the original one. Um, and the Dallas Zoo is fun. And I'm sure the 6th floor museum or w/e it's called (the place where JFK was shot) is probably a good tourist attraction. Never been there, but I'm a local. Also, North Park Mall is the best mall in the world. (If you're a northerner or from LA, you probably hate malls, but I promise, North Park is the best mall ever.) Have fun!

JFK memorial/shooting, Nieman Marcus downtown, Galleria Mall, Six Flags, Maverick's, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys. Also the strip clubs and massage parlors are hot spots for the traveling business men. I know it horrible but Dallas has a LARGE sex industry. Also Dallas has more restaurants per ca-pita than any other city in the U.S. so I'm sure the food plays a role!
