My Ex used to have the same problem. She solved the problem by getting two separate types of contacts; Monthly disposable (her normal contacts) and Daily disposable (back-up contacts). She would wear her normal monthly disposable around but when it popped out, she always had a backup daily disposable in her purse as well as couple pairs in her car. I hope this helps.

Be sure to visit your Optometrist and make sure that you have correctly fitted contacts as well. Try out different brands of contacts at the doctors. Sometimes different brands work miracles even when they have the exact same prescription.

Go back to your eye doctor. They gave you the wrong size. And you should get the next ones at no charge since they're the ones who messed up.

You probably have chronic dry eye. You should start carrying around rewetting drops. If I don't have any ('cause I'm cheap) then I will make myself cry a little to rewet them.

Throw it away! Go to the store buy a case and some solution so you can properly care for your contacts. Otherwise get glasses. DUH!!!
