menafee, you need to stop being so cynical against Bush. These conditions existed since the fall of the Shah in 1979 and no pres since has done anything to stop the terrorists till what W has tried to do.
Bloodshed of our military men and women to give real freedom to the Iraqi people is a positive, not to create an oil crisis. We have more oil in the US than the Mideast but we are not allowed to drill for it because of the opposition party.
To criticize the war degrades the troops that died there. You probably watch and like Katty Couric, The Dems, most TV network news like CNN, MSNBC or toilet paper like The New York/ LA Times, etc., and believe they do not have an agenda of re-electing Dems to office only. They are the real enemies of this country when a political party not in power is more important than anything else or our military. Bush is not all of the problem.
