For example, it says for todays Tigers/Cubs game:

Favorite
Tigers - 160

Underdog
Cubs + 145

12 ov - 120

What does this mean, how do you read it?

This example means that the Tigers are the favorite and for every $1.60 you bet you would win $1.00...If you bet on the Cubs then for every $1.00 you bet you would win $1.45...the 12 ov is the total runs scored in the game....
