It's true - sorry. London has, of course been the richest city in Europe for 400 years (some record - eh?), and now with so many companies insisting on being listed in London, becoming the global hub was inevitable, impending and inexorable.

It is also due to the fact that the Illuminati have London as the centre of global power and of course the richest people on the planet live there too, the Royal Family, who also are connected to the Illuminati.

The richest Financial centre on Earth is the Federal Reserve. The owners are not New York or London. It is owned by a small consortium of the richest institutions. Some English and some American.
It is not owned by the American Government or The UK . But by individuals.
Unfortunately there is not enough room here to elaborate but check it out.It will blow your socks off.

It has more to do with the strength of the English pound and the decreasing value of the dollar.

The English central bank is concerned about the high value of the pound and how it's affecting English exports, especially if the EU brings down the value of the Euro for the same reason.

I agree that it has to do with the strength of the British Pound. Will it last? Maybe. Personally, I think that once the US gets over its current recession, NYC will gain in prestige again. Will it pass London? Who can say.

I heard this on the news the other day. London passed New York. Who would have thunk it.... but then who would have thought President Bush would win...twice
