I want to add it to my morning fruit shake, but I'm not sure how much to use. Not using enough is a waste, but I don't want to overdo either. Please, only serious answers, ok you guys? Thanks! :)

to set you and your body up for the day take a tbsp of olive oil on its own before you eat or drink anything. After only drink hot drinks or juice not water .the olive oil will line your stomach.do this every morning.
not necessary to add to your shake cause you would have taken it already.
if you use it in cooking make sure you don't` burn the oil for instance cooking onions. because you will take the nutrition out of the oil.
add to pasta dishes, salads ,rice, soup, yummy in potato instead of butter and better for you.
hope i have helped you.i got this info from staying with my relatives who live in Morocco.they say the Mediterraneans are more healthy and now you see why.

I recommend Grapeseed oil, it's lower in saturated fat and higher in unsaturated fats than nearly all other oils. It is rich in linoleic acid and is one of the only foods shown to both lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase HDL (good) cholesterol. Its antioxidant content makes it not only healthy, but very stable; its high smoke point makes it perfect for grilling or sauteeing. And because grapeseed oil is actually "recycled" from seeds used in wine-making, it is an earth-friendly product which does not use up valuable resources like land and water. About a tbsp/day is effective for helping lower cholesterol.

use it everytime you want to fry something, use it as a dip, etc. it has fat, but it is heart healthy. it will protect your heart when used with proper diet and exercise. i would say about 2-3 table spoons a day would provide benefits.
