I've had more downs than ups, but it's okay because I see a good in every situation.

Yes, I've had more ups than downs and I feel very grateful for the happy times. As for the downs, well there is only one way to go from there and that's up =)

Life is ups and downs. The ups are wonderful and the downs not so wonderful. It would be nice if we lived in between. But then we would not be human.
The number of ups verse the number downs really doesn't matter. Think about it.

no not really i look at it like this they both level out to the same but there is some good that comes out of the downs sometimes when you are down you have time to take alook at things and yourself and say i am blessed it could be worst
