I have this dream all the time. I have a dream book that I always refer to when I have crazy dreams.
Your dream is very very common and no it doesnt mean your getting sick!
here is the interpetation:Teeth are used to bite, tear, chew and gnaw. In this regard, teeth represent power. And the loss of teeth in your dream may be from a sense of powerlessness. Are you lacking power in some current situation? Perhaps you are having difficulties expressing yourself or getting your point across. You feel frustrated when your voice is not being heard. You may be experiencing feelings of inferiority and a lack of self-confidence in some situation or relationship in your life. This dream is an indication that you need to be more assertive and believe in the value of your own opinion.

There are sources who say that dreaming about dental problems is a fore-warning to dental problems. Perhaps it is time for a check up. Or....have you said something to someone recently that you wish you wouldn't said? Brushing your teeth may be symbolic of taking back a comment that was vile and disgusting, such as your teeth in your dream. Dream analysis is best done by the dreamer (you). Perhaps you are wanting to say something to someone but cannot express yourself, thereby holding in the thoughts that need to be expressed. By holding your tongue you are making yourself sick. So, being your best dream interpreter, do any of these thoughts "click" in your mind's eye? You will know better than anyone.

Dear,
This dream means that you have been thinking of your health or looks lately and you have been worried. Just try to recall in recent past did you see anyone with teeth problem or you were thinking about someone's sickness. Those are the things that come back as dream. If not then simply you are worried about your looks or atleast teeth.

Dreams don't help us tell the future, but they do reflect on random thoughts and worries and tend to glue themselves together in an unusual way. When we sleep our brain actually works to solve problems we have. Maybe lately you've been stressed on how to improve ur health or hygiene, or maybe you feel you are less attractive than you want to be. Or, maybe you are just trying to over come something but are over thinking it, and feel that if you mess up your over result will be unbearable. Try to relax and be happy, maybe brush your teeth more lol, if it helps you feel better. But remember, our dreams are not telling the future, but telling us what our conscience is trying to find out.

Your dad probably said that to scare you. I think this dream means to brush your teeth twice a day and it is a warning so that you won't get bad teeth.

There is one cardinal rule in dream interpretation. When you saw teeth and cavities in your dream how did you feel?If you felt you need an appointment with dentist it means you are concerned about your health .If you ignored it (in the dream )you are unconcerned.
You`ll not fall sick with a dream.

It could signify that on some level, you are overlooking something in your life that needs your attention; something obvious that you deal with every day. You see your teeth every day. It would take a lot of denial to miss the kinds of cavities that you are describing. Is there some issue in your life that you are in denial of or some area that needs attention that you are avoiding. Think on this and, if something makes itself known, deal with it immediately.

my opinion is dreams mean what you make of them. i read a thing in i believe u.s. weekly recently on dreams. jesus came to joseph in his dream and told him that jesus was god's child. sadam husein used to use his dreams to make decisions. one time he made an important military move based on a dream he had and was successful in this move. paul mcartney wrote a song, which i cant remember the name of, that he could not get credit for because it came to him in a dream. its all perspective.
