Sidney Ponson is a good candidate to be traded because of his low salary and right now he is very appealing to teams like Arizona, Toronto, Atlanta and Chicago. After that it is Adam Wainwright.

A young talent like Wainwright would be a good option because their would be a lot of teams interested in him. Right now, I wouldn't trade anyone on the pitching staff. Go Cards!!!

Mark Mulder, he was good last year but I think he's losing it. How bout our pitching last night only a one hitter, who would've thought only one hit given up in the whole game, cost us the game?
