Sidney Ponson is a good candidate to be traded because of his low salary and right now he is very appealing to teams like Arizona, Toronto, Atlanta and Chicago. After that it is Adam Wainwright.

A young talent like Wainwright would be a good option because their would be a lot of teams interested in him. Right now, I wouldn't trade anyone on the pitching staff. Go Cards!!!

If they get Miguel Cabrera back, trade any of them. If they get Jamey Carroll back, don't trade any of them.
