Prescriptives, I love the make-up, they will do what they call color printing you to find what shade is an exact match for you, if there is not one they can make you a custom blend, a bottom used daily will last 3 months and runs about $30, custom blends are about $40 or $50

You're really better off giving yourself a good natural warm cleansing with a steamy cloth held slightly away from the face (don't get hot spots), then lots of rinses, the last one cool, next a good moisturizer (look up kojic acid, dmae, alpha lipoic acid); I like Nutribiotic; then sunscreen (regardless of skin type or color)
and lastly a powder foundation, like Bare Essentials or even better, YOUNGBLOOD, which CAN BE MIXED WITH LOTION if you prefer to APPLY IT AS A LIQUID. Apply the sunscreen first, they usually don't blend well with anything.
Stay away from anything with dimethicone in it. It's comedogenic and really just the latest filler. It will also slide right off of your face in the heat of the summer.
If you really have to have liquid, try a CUSTOM BLEND from a SPA or DERMATOLOGIST, or if the cosmetic counter is where you need to be, try a custom blend from PRESCRIPTIVES.
Still, only use the liquid when you feel you have to. Powder foundation is best, especially with skin tone variations, which can be caused by the products you're currently using (like vitamin C topicals or some glycolics blended with preservatives), scrubbing, or hormonal fluctuations.
If you feel a need for cleaner skin, try an enzymatic like Zia in the t-zone after almond castille soap or any organic preservative free cleanser, like Emminence Lemon Cleanser. But use them diligently, they don't keep for as long as the inorganic chemical mixes.
STILA ILLUMINATING POWDER FOUNDATION STAYS in 85f and humid, all day, it goes on silky and feels great, has a great container (pewter); just add the coverage amount you like , mimimum or glam, but it has additives that will clog your pores if you aren't careful.

As weird as it may sound, the best coverage and skin care from a foundation product that I have ever found is Merle Norman. For high degree of coverage, the have a cream foundation that is very nice. My grandmother used it most of her adult life and her skin was soft beautiful and translucent in her nineties.

The powder often is the region. or you may merely purchase a starting place makeup(base) primer. You prepare it below your starting place, let it set and prepare some thing else (starting place, blush ect..) or you should use a pressed powder and swirl your brush in it. Then prepare everywhere in the face ! This facilitates for a better faultless seem. Or for better insurance attempt the maybelline mineral starting place! For eyeliner, i understand revlon has one. Its staggering ! Its revlon colourstay. seem at their determination , im effective your going to locate some thing! and so that they have a colourstay starting place. So attempt no longer to get mixed up ! desire i helped. reliable success.x

well I use two different types so that way it will stay on longer, I use dream matte mousse by maybelline first so make my skin tone even and then I put covergirl clean makeup the oil reducing kind to make my skin look and feel really soft! and also that maybelline matte mousse will cover up any red in your face and always use a sponge to apply your foundation it makes it look better than if you do it with your hands. or you can try that igia stuff at igia.com its really good and it will cover up anything I use to use it!!

I understand, for me I love a yellow soothing undertone so I'll use ivory or buff which has a beautiful yellow undertone. Stay away from beige that will make you red/orange. I love Revlon colorstay -Buff beautiful product. Lancome ivory maquicontrole works awesome too but can only be found on ebay hard to find product from demand.

Well...I use covergirl because I'm cheap. I've tried every brand that they sell at Wal-Mart or any similar store and nothing has anything on covergirl!
If you want to spend more money, try Bare Essentials. It's not liquid but it is full coverage, very light and evens your tone out well. I can't say I've tried it on my skin (I'd love to because my face has a very red pigment to it because I'm so pale) but I've seen other people wear it and it looks gorgeous!
