The main thing is to get a note to them immediatelly. and be specific about some of the things you enjoyed. With warmth. Is there anything around the house that would give you a clue about what they like? Garden? I would suggest it not be to expensive.

Anything from you will be highly appreciated. While spending your time with them, did you notice something that really put everyone together. Like do they like cookies while watching TV? If they do, then bake some (it is much better than buying but if you don't know how then home made cookies from the best bakeshop will do). Good luck.

a lovely bottle of wine-ask your spirits store for that and a gift for the home- say even a gift from BED BATH AND BEYOND? THEY HAVE LOVELY STUFF. OR IF YOU DON'T KNOW, A GIFT CARD OF SAY 50$?
