Yes, after Jesus comes to reign a thousand years then Satan will loose for awhile then the world as we know it will end and receive its celestial glory.

Have you seen the Omega Code? How about the series of Left Behind? Have you ever seen those bumper stickers that say" In case of Rapture car will have no driver" In less than a second the world will turn into chaos as cars are crashing into another and people have disappeared. Have you ever thought about what would happen if you were at a party, or a concert and the rapture happened? Do you think you would go to heaven? We are very close to the rapture of the church. Alot of people think that they'll be dead before the world is gone. I wouldn't be so confident about that. Cant you see how bad the world has become? We are getting closer each day. Read the book of Revelation to see all of the prophecies that have already come true.

Hhhmmm? You refer to 'end' as though you are inferring a beginning. If it's man that you speak of. I think we're all still waiting for a beginning.
Since man has been around, very little has changed. Don't misunderstand me, we've achieved some cultural gains and technological advances. Yet the inner core has changed little. Man is still territorial and will lash out when encroached upon. In this world of natural resources and exploitative gain, he still encroaches upon others.
Perhaps you're referring to the resource depletion. We stand a better chance of forecasting this category. When we encroach upon the Earth and disrupt the natural cycle, the Earth will lash back and Man will know that he did not plan for sustainability.
If the universe holds any clues to the fate of the Earth, then yes, the world will end. Astronomy views the fate of all life, terrestrial and extraterrestrial. There is an end to every element.

Well religious folks will say yes, the world will end. Almost all religions have some version of the Book of Revelation, complete with final judgment and destruction in general. Scientifically, the Earth will at some point be destroyed, either by some cataclysmic cosmic event such as a comet/asteroid strike or when the sun depletes its hydrogen supply, swells to 3 times its diameter, and swallows the planet whole. This is slated to happen in about 7 billions years, as I recall. Of course, there are the Vogons to worry about as well...

I think that the world may end at some point in time. I am not sure how or when but I personally feel that it will.
Some theories are that:
1. The world will end due to nuclear warfare
2. Create technology which if not handled properly will eventually prove hazardous to the earth
3. Global warming
4. Massive natural disasters such as consecutive massive earthquakes, tornadoes, and so forth.
5. Another world war

Yes the world will end. I firmly belive God will come and pour his WRATH upon the world for their sins and God will destroy this world...but many do not believe so. So if you don't believe it is God, think hard because the world will come to an end at one point or another and it is by the consumer YOU. Whoever chose that word may I say BULLSEYE! Consume means to DEVOUR ENTIRELY add the R meaning a person or thing=CONSUMER. WE are devouring this world entirely. Pollution, the demand for products and the ever increasing pregnant women roaming around this whole earth and how science and is always increasing and prolonging the life of people whose time it is to die which is adding to the use of resources which will demand more products, the expansion of homes being built to accomodate the ever increasing population, which will create a demand for trees and land and therefore we kill the animals which reside in that land by invading their habitat and if we don't kill them we'll kill them slowly by placing them in a cage for human display AKA a Zoo. Which will then lead to the increase of Global Warming...I could go on but the point is If you don't believe that God will destroy this earth because it seems to far-fetched then it is by science that you can explain how we the CONSUMERS are sentencing this world to an end.

What do you mean by world?
Planet earth?
Or human lifestyles...
If the question is regarding the first meaning, the answer is: most probably not.
If it's the second you are referring to, the world has ended quite a few times for a lot of people through history.
Just to give you an example, any catastrophe is the end of the world for those who didn't survive to it.
And even for those who did, it represented the end of the world as they knew it.

The world will be here longer than humans. The living will end not the world.
The house you live in....the trees outside will be here and you won't.
However if you mean in a trillion billion years. Our world will still be here but it will be uninhabitable. Because while we are killing it with chemicals our sun will someday die out. It is a star and when there is no burning energy to consume....poof....but we don't have to worry about that. There are things more worth your time to worry over.

No. I think it will definitely end. People ignore all the warning signs of the damages of pollution and dont care about the Earth. Too many people are ruled by greed and want to get all they can whether it is harmful to the world or not.

the world will definitely end. Only God knows when but it will be very soon because the world is filled with wars and deaths and a lot of people not in the right religion. I just hope people would open their eyes and do what God asked for

I believe that the world will come to an end one day. I hope that I have redeemed myself in a good way. As a mortal being, I am subject to mistakes. As always, I will work hard to please God in all of my actions. My worst thing is to eat too much. I don't smoke or drink alcoholic beverages. I definitely don't indulge in drugs of any kind. I want to be in that number when the saints go marching in. "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.
