I want to scan my computer because I.E. is not working properly and unfortunately I have to use I.E. instead of Mozilla to build my website but dont know if I download bugdoctor.com scan for my computer if it will make things worse due to not being valid and encrypting a bug/virus on my computer. I have had one computer get bugged and cant afford another one. Please help.

I have not used bugdoctor but I can tell that it may be a malicious program in disguise. See link below:
