Most plants have both male and female parts. You may think of the male part as the part of the flower that sheds the pollen and the female part as the part that receives it and grows into the fruit. Think of an Easter Lily. The yellow parts that shed the pollen (the stamen) would be the male part. The sticky white part in the center (the pistil) would be the female part. Genetic diversity is achieved when pollen from other Easter Lilies stick to the pistil and the flower starts making it's seed which is often inside the fruit.

Hi, Some guy is almost 100% right that male and female parts are on each flower on a single plant.
Except squash/pumpkin type plants!
In that case there are boy flowers and girl flowers.
The flowers look a bit like us!
If you look at the flower of the female in the center she has an inni! and the male flower has an outi!
BUT you cannot tell any thing apart until the plants have matured enough to have flowers. It is where ALL the reproductive parts are!

In vegetables like lets say a cucumber for example, they all get flowers on them, and then the bees carry pollen from one plant to another to pollinate. The same with fruit trees. Now I know that hemp has male and female plants. The males get actual balls on them that burst open to pollinate the female hairs, therefore making seeds for regeneration. Quite fun to watch actually.
