THE FIRST THING THAT CAME TO MY MIND, WHEN I READ THIS QUESTION , WAS SIMPLY SELF FORGIVENESS... GETTING BACK WHAT YOU'VE LOST TO ME, IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE. YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE PAST, HOWEVER YOU CAN CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS IN YOUR FUTURE, BUT ONLY IF THERE WAS A LESSON LEARNED FROM YOUR PAST. IF THE MISTAKES YOU HAVE MADE IN YOUR PAST TAUGHT YOU NOTHING , AFTER HAVING MADE THEM THEN,
MY NEXT BIT OF ADVICE WOULD BE TO DO SOME SELF EVALUATION,IN OTHER WORDS PUT YOURSELF IN CHECK.

Take a good hard look at yourself which you may already be doing and figure out how to change the things about yourself that alienated you. Ask for another chance ,admit your responsibility in whatever led to this point in your life and dont expect overnight miracles. Healing can be a slow process

Perhaps you don't need anymore what you have lost.

And you might have even alienated everyone in your life for a reason.

It's time to put yourself together and start creating a better life for yourself.

And let go of the past.

For good.

You could try writing letters to the people you alienated- tell them that you're sorry and so on. Maybe that will de-alienate them, and maybe not. The important thing is to learn from your mistakes and not just keep repeating them.

Read books on interpersonal skills. Try Solomon, but don't read any more of the Bible till things are a bit brighter. He wrote Proverbs.
