Anyone have any guesses as to what herbs or flavorings are in their house tea? It's AMAZING and I've tried to replicate its flavor but can't seem to get it even close.

I don't remember their tea, but for some advice, there is a tea store/restaurant in Wallingford on 45th. Also I heard on KUOW an interview about tea tasting and Chinese tea ceremonies a few weeks ago. It was on "The Conversation" with John Moe...I know they archive the shows, and you could call the station for more info. Sounds like a fun and zen-rewarding quest...good luck! The KUOW web site is www.KUOW.org.
