well i think they have a damned good reason to be self obsessive, they have won the most world cups in history! ronaldihno is arguably the best player at the moment, and yeah well the team is fantastic. but if u want arrogance look to argentina- theyre such dickheads!!! and maradona that ******* waste.... anyhoo yeah but i reckon theyve gotta have a BIT of fear in them, who doesnt???

Ok, first of all, the answer from the little red head, quite ignorant. I don't think Brazil is self centered or Argentina. Obviously, Brazil is quite confident, they are 5x World Cup Champions. Argentina, as well, because they are also favorites and have won the World Cup Twice.

I think everyone can see after the Serbia and Montenegro game that Argentina is everything, but self centered, it was all about team work.

And Maradona, he made history. Winning the Golden Ball in 1986, leading the team to their 2nd World Cup... I think that has a lot to say for most people. Now his personal life, that's his business, nobody's perfect.

Confidence and Arrogance are two very different things...they are playing their hardest to reach the world's expectations..they are the Yankees of Football (soccer) and yet they do it with a fraction of the cost. Brazilian players play with a special touch that most teams just are not going to see on a daily basis..that is what makes Brasil who they are..they make soccer INTERESTING..how many teams can you say that about...they are trying to get things going...but I think Thursday..as much as I like Zico...they're going to play around with Japan.

What you see as self-centeredness is actually a mask of fear of losing to other teams and betraying the hope of their nation.

They're not being selfcentered. They aren't acting self-centered, if they were, they would lose.
